Are you licensed to do this work?
We are fully licensed, insured and carry all necessary permits for the jobs we accept.

When should I book an appointment?
Contact us as soon as possible as time slots fill up quickly. Once you call or check out our site, we'll let you know the availability in your area.

Why can't you give me an exact price before you arrive?
Pricing is based on volume and nature of the material. In many cases, we can't give you an exact price until we are able to survey your requested job. We will book an appointment with you, and review the range of prices for your local area based on the quantity and nature of your materials to be removed.

Can my job be done after hours?
Contact us and we'll be happy to discuss your options for weekends, early mornings or after hours. Special arrangements can be made if required.

What can I put in your dumpsters?
Any junk, debris or recyclable material. Your driver will provide a simple instruction sheet with details on how to SAVE YOU MONEY!

What can't I put in your dumpsters?
There are restrictions as to what cannot be placed in the dumpster (see list below). Most can be disposed of separately or by arrangement with Recycall. Overloading the dumpster with concrete, gravel, dirt, etc is prohibited and is subject to additional charges for removal onsite.

  • Unused containers of paint/hazardous chemicals (dry or empty ok)
  • Tires
  • Refrigeration Units (i.e. dehumidifiers, air conditioners, freezers, etc.)
  • Microwave Ovens
  • Computer monitors and television sets
  • Propane cylinders empty or full
  • Florescent Light Bulbs
  • Batteries

How can I SAVE MONEY with dumpster rental?
Because of what we do and how we do it, you can save money simply by recycling metals (all metals and wire) and cardboard boxes. Begin by filling the front of the dumpster (side farthest from the door) with junk (bulk items first), then dump smaller junk on top to fill the gaps. As you move to the back of the dumpster (toward the door) place bulk recyclables like a steel desk or washing machine on the floor and stack what you can on top like cardboard boxes (flatten them down to maximize space). When we pick up the dumpster we will determine the amount of recyclables and accessibility. We then return to our warehouse, unload the recyclables, drive to the county transfer station and dump the rest. You pay only the cost of the junk. With a full dumpster of recyclables, you would save over $250!!.

How do you recycle our items like appliances, furniture etc.?
Each item will be COMPLETELY stripped and broken down into their respective base items. For example, our team will bring a refrigerator back to our warehouse to be broken down by its base metals (copper, steel, aluminum) and then will be emptied of its freon, which will be disposed of responsibly and environmentally friendly. All parts of any item that can be recycled, WILL. This not only SAVES YOU MONEY, it is the responsible thing to do!

Why do you charge, if you are going to recycle it?
We do all the loading, separating, clean up and removal of items to the local dump or to the proper recycling centers. We are charged at the dump just as you would be, and we are also charged for the storage space to hold items to be recycled until the minimum load is attained.

What equipment does your team bring with you?
A minimum of 2 (when required) strong and professional people, barrels, bins, bags, brooms & dust pans, hand carts and assorted power tools to carry out any job needed.

What is the size of your trucks/dumpsters?
The size of our large box trucks are 15 ft. long x 7 ft. wide x 7 ft. high. Our dumpsters measure 12 ft. long x 6 ft. high x 8 ft. wide and have a hinged door for easy step-in access. We place wood platforms under the dumpster for an unscathed driveway at your request.

What is a QUICK PICK UP?
A Quick Pick Up is the most economical way to dispose of that single item or small pile of junk. Recycall's Quick Pick Up is the first 100 lbs. of junk or 200 lbs. of recyclable junk at street level. For example, an old loveseat, recliner or a washer and dryer.

Where do I put my junk for you to pick up?
We are insured to move your junk from anywhere in or around your house.
